Who We Are

Fornshell Enterprises, LLC was formed in 2018 by Mark Fornshell. After 30+ years of farming and farm work he realized the need for an experienced precision equipment dealer in the area. Started as subdealer under an area dealer in Maddock and when they quit he took on full dealership which covers central and western North Dakota, along with some Canadian and Montana customers. We are a full service dealer with parts and service.

Fornshell Enterprises, LLC is a Agricultural related business handling precision equipment for farm machines and seed. We feature AgLeader Technology parts for mapping, steering, and machine control all usable in your agronomic data. Works hand in hand with SMS software which is also part of AgLeader featuring AgFinity cloud for storage and usage. SMS is a very popular platform and is recognized and used commonly in agronomic circles. We also handle HeadSight products for header height control and guidance which has become very popular. We have Greentronics and Scale-tec for scales and weighing products. We also do various custom setups especially when it comes to fertilizer equipment and airseeders.

We have products for: Airseeders, Planters, Sprayers, Tractors [2WD, 4WD, MFWD], Combines, Swathers, some haying equipment, and Fertilizer Spreaders, Scrapers, Tiling, and Striptillers. We also handle corn, soybean, and canola seed featuring GoldenHarvest products, as well as chemical and biological products.
